Hello all. I will be moving to Goldsboro this Aug. I am looking into buying a house and I want to know if there is anyone out there who can give me info on Goldsboro City, and Goldsboro mainly near Elm Street. I've heard some of the neighbor hoods are bad. I'm from Brooklyn, Ny so I'm not too concerned with bad neighborhoods. But I really am more concerned with my family being safe when I'm at work.

If your are concerned about the safety of your family don't move to Elm St. I just retired from the Air Force base and live outside of town. Lot of nice places out of town and you don't have to pay city tax.

I'm selling my house if you might be interested. We are relocating to Fayetteville where my wife has been working in real estate. I just got my RE license and will be joining her team. We do not work in Goldsboro (different association).

okay im moving to goldsboro in June. Do you know of any colleges.. i looked at the wesleyan and it just doesn't have my major, do you know of any relatively close ones?

Mount Olive and East Carolina University, and the numerous colleges in Raleigh are all within an hour or less. I'll even throw in fayetteville.
