Default Information please on Laurinburg/Scotland County area
Having recently purchased a very nice piece of property in Scotland County. We are trying to find out as much as possible about the area. For example the schools (for the grand kids), How the town thinks of outsiders that want to build, What natives think of outsiders moving in (but are commited to a better way of living) and just the general atmosohere about anything?
