I am trying to find the names of schools in some of these towns mentioned, but if anyone has advice on the best towns to look at and what schools would be good to look into, I'd be more than appreciative!
Apply to the South Jersey districts.

Thanks! I really don't want to go to Jersey though, however I appreciate the suggestion. I want a bigger change than that.

We moved to Surry county from Wilmington DE after we got fed up with the I-95 corridor and living beneath the flight path to Philly Int'l. But are you sure you're ready for small town life? We love it, but there's some getting used to it. If you are afraid of wildlife and critters of all sizes, the country isn't for you.

You might want to consider the counties around Winston-Salem and Greensboro area. We live 35 minutes away from W-S in a very rural county with decent (at least compared to Delaware) schools.

That's up to you. There is something going through the legislature that caused a huge number of retirements. Even with cuts, there will be openings.

Thanks! I already expect it to be a big change and I am ready to take that chance. I have family here in Pennsylvania, so I can always move back if I decide its not for me, but I feel like now is the time to try it. The last thing I want is to look back later and wonder. That would be worst than finding out there is no way I could spend the rest of my life in a small town.
