I mean, if those legislators in Raleigh were never born, it would't have passed either. What a dumb argument angle attempt.
Accept the fact that Charlotte council was told not to include the bathroom portion of their ordinance, but they did anyways. They did not have to include it and should not have included it. HB2 would not have happened or maybe even been necessary had the bathroom provision not been entered.

You might want to read the HB2 law yourself. I read it, word for word, and there is no language of discrimination against any particular people.
