Interesting. Isn’t the majority of RTP in Durham county? Not sure that’s the smartest route to go down. Oops.

Ok, good!

So we are excluding Durham from the conversation.

So metro Charlotte vs. metro Raleigh?

No more triangle? No duke university? Do we still include RTP or just part of it?

Does that mean Raleigh is no longer hip because it doesn’t have Durham though? :/

Dogging on Charlotte for being ranked #12 right after getting off finding out Raleigh is #17, 18, 19 for Amazon. Hilarious.

Again, genius, this discussion was never about the Triangle nor RTP...it was about Raleigh!

There it is.

You tell me. This is what your fellow triangle poster posted....

What do you think of Raleigh being #2 and Durham being #106?

:/ you were all excited Raleigh was #2. You must be mortified Durha is 106?
Having a popuplation of 600k, and a GDP of 40 billion, I highly doubt Durham is hurting for much, so save it.

Maybe you should brag about Carowinds... Amazon employees would love to flock there.

You guys seem to be obsessed with the Triangle. If you moved here, it would suit you best to snatch up a degree. The demand for real estate has become unbelievable lately.

It is more hilarious to see Durham drag them very, very far beneath Charlotte in these rankings they post that are supposed to prove “the triangle” is so much greater.

I guess we should say Raleigh better than Charlotte. No more Durham. :/ sad. I always liked Durham more, personally.

Where has it been proven where Raleigh ranks in Amazon's list of 20 cities?

You Charlotte posters are a good example of why Amazon passed Charlotte over. They probably read your posts on this forum and said......naw.

There you have it, Durham. You’re the premier city of the Triangle. I already knew this to be true.

They wouldn't get accepted at schools in the Triangle. They need to stay in Charlotte where they fit in.
