Well, for Fort Mill question, you should post on the
SOUTH Carolina board. This is the general NORTH Carolina one.

To answer your question, I don't know of a city that
wouldn't offer all of those things (though Lacrosse is much less known here than up north, but still played), but you can get more specifics on the Charlotte or SC boards.
