This is just a good reference for new comers to identify where to live. Generally speaking the density of sex offenders is somewhat proportional to the crime index, so check before you decide to buy a house.

I quite agree, a friend of mine is registered as a sex offender.
His crime she was one day shy off being legal, he was legal by two days. |

Good news--only one within 3 mile range of my house in Cornelius, and he lives in Davidson. So I guess there may not be any at all in Cornelius...registered anyway.
