NC is a big state with many thousands of neighborhoods. You'll probably have to narrow it down to a city and then ask about neighborhoods in certain areas of that city. And don't limit your choice to Charlotte only...NC has some very nice mid-sized cities with nice, walkable downtowns. Don't overlook the less obvious ones.
So maybe Holden Beach is the best neighborhood in NC...
