Are you under 18? If you are I think you need to be a more experienced driver.

You could take that on the road as a comedy act! LOL I'm sure it's serious but when you read it you have to shake your head!
As always, you are the proverbial fountain of information and a pleasure to read!

Effective December 1st, the state sales tax is 4.25%. The county sales tax (except Mecklenburg County) is 2.5%, bringing the combined state & county total sales tax rate to 6.75%.
The total sales tax rate for Mecklenburg County is 7.25%.

The first thing you have to complete is your Federal return. That's where the entries for your NC tax return come from. You could use your 2005 Federal return and just complete a 2005 NC return to see where you would have end up with had you lived here.

IMO, I think the cell phone law should apply to EVERYONE. I have seen way too many close calls involving people using cell phones. I myself will not use one while driving. I have tried, too dangerous.
As a matter of fact, my daughter and I witnessed a bad accident in which the driver who caused it was talking on her cell phone.
