I don't understand the "fake news" meme. Donald Trump started it, and repeated it over and over, and it seems that his supporters are endlessly parroting it. It has no merit to it whatsoever, and certainly not with respect to the fallout from HB2.

All those rosy scenarios are made possible by increases in sales taxes that are paid for by the middle class and poor. Those "Golden Showers" of trickle-down plenty that are supposed to be raining down on the good people of this state, due to the wise decisions made by our "esteemed" legislature, are beginning to smell like stenchy urine!

Since you seem to think the state is now rolling in dough, perhaps the teachers could ask for a raise of $10k ...so that teacher salaries rise to the national average, instead of being at the bottom of the barrel!

Talk about fake news!

You pay 3% in Pennsylvania. Last time I checked, 3% is less than 5%. you also don't pay sales tax on food & clothing.

PA makes up for it all and really gets you with each county's "educational tax." Care to touch on that?

(PA Lawmakers are coming to grips with fact that oft-exhorbitant tax is costing them baby boomer retirees (big time!)
