So sunday i got a ticket for 67 in a 35mph zone but on the ticket he wrote it as 57 in a 35. I received a ticket last year for 60 in a 45 that was reduced to 9 over. I also got another ticket back in january that was reduced to improper use of equipment. Im afraid i don't have any options here. What should i do, outside of the obvious of hiring a attorney?

Speeding 15 to 32 miles per hour over the posted speed limit is unwise, illegal, and dangerous. Besides slowing down and following the posted speed limits, you should consider enrolling in and completing a defensive driving course.

Hand over your license until you can follow the speed limit. Seriously. That might happen anyway.

Of course, hiring an attorney is good advice, but you appear to also have a PJC that hasn't been used yet. That should always be your last resort, but you may have reached that point if all else fails.

They gave you breaks to lower your fines. The one last year was over 10 and they changed it to under tend to give you a break. Each violation takes points off your license?
The one in January was reduced. The one Sunday is indefensible.
97 in a 65 zone would have been more safe.
Likely if you get another the points may be high enough that you lose your license.

Here you can see how many points you have already accumulated:

You seemed to have answered your question with your final statement.

Also you might consider not driving so recklessly before you get yourself, or more importantly, someone else hurt. Please don't ever drive near schools.

When the judge calls upon you, interrupt him mid-sentence and you should say and I quote "Your honor, I was actually doing 67, not 57. I plea the 5th and nolo contendere"
When he laughs at the last part, you know you did good.

No need to pay for an attorney, when you could easily say "In order for a crime to have been commited, there has to be mens rea. And in my mind, I was doing the speed limit"

Please tell me the results. I will glady call myself insouciant about this circumstance, in the court of law
