Both honestly. Both metro's are booming with some of the best in the country right now. Cant go wrong with either i can assure you.

IMO, for a chef i would say Raleigh. For a job in high end retail probably more so Charlotte. But you wouldn't have a problem doing vice versa in either city.

Charlotte is better for high end retail. Both are equally good for chef jobs.
