The way I understand it is increasing the total size of Seabord Station from 100k to 800ksqft which includes all of the residential and hotel. And included in that new 800k total is an additional 90ksqft of retail being added to the 100k of retail already there. So the project would be 800k total with 190k sqft of that being retail. But yeah regardless it will be a good sized new shopping district downtown.

I assume based on your username and my knowledge of the area that you are referring to Greensboro, but since this thread is titled "North Carolina Development Thread" you might want to identify the city in your posts going forward.
Where do people park for a game now? If you can get a photo from inside the ball park looking out post it.
they're supposed to be building a 6 story parking garage with a aloft on top beside carroll at Bellemeade apartments, but i'll be sure to get a photo if gsoboi does not get it first.
Photo of some other city's "whatever" which initiates a photo of a "whatever" in Charlotte.
Wash, Rinse, Repeat in the thread....over and over.
You’re upset because someone posted a picture of a baseball stadium?
There are better things to be outraged over
Photo taken from a plane by the poster Navigator. It shows off how Charlotte’s skyline develops around a core vs. a linear skyline. Development has been expanding the skyline east and west the last 10 years. All the “small” buildings just to the right of the biggest ones are all around 25 floor residential/hotel towers. Office towers are just so much larger
