I hadn't heard of this. I'm assuming this is a private bus line branded as a "trolley"? Can you provide a link?

In other news a pretty nondescript 8-story box is going up in Ballentyne. Trinity developing new building at Toringdon in Charlotte | Charlotte Observer

Nope, it’s an actual trolley. The original #85 trolley they used on the blue line tracks before they made it light rail

Also noted that Drew Bree's cajun menu sports bar Walk-On's will be built in front of the mall as its first location on the East Coast. There is also a building currently under construction beside the new Panera that will house a Moe's.

More about Lakewood Trolley
Lakewood Trolley is part of a larger redevelopment plan for west Charlotte spearheaded by Argos.

The commercial real estate development firm owns Savona Mill, a historic 180,000-square-foot former cotton mill that will serve as the destination hub of the future Lakewood Trolley route. The ambitious vision for the mill and seven other reclaimed industrial buildings on 30 acres includes a market, retail shops, event venues, a kitchen incubator, makerspaces and loft offices.
