Default wild onions

What are and what do I do with all these onions growing in my yard? Are they leeks or onions? They kind of smell like garlic.

Spray Round Up on them for easiest method but do it on a day it is not expected to rain. It is potent you definitely need to wear gloves and maybe a mask.

You could soak the ground where they are located to loosen the soil and pull them up but you run risk of not pulling up all the root and not solving your issue.
