Default Goldsboro and teacher salaries

Do I have this post in the right area? Please advise me if I need to move it and where to. Thanks!

My DH and I are considering a job transfer to Seymore-Johnson AFB and a teaching position. Being a sped teacher in CO, I am not used to the pay scale. I have a BA in History, Masters in Sped, and a Masters in Curriculum & Instruction. Where do I fall? Additionally, my forte is in emotional/behavioral teens. I want to work at an at-risk school but with good management. Any recommendations?

Also, we are looking at renting in the Goldsboro area before buying. I have been searching online and can't find much.

Thanks, Lynette from CO

How many years teaching experience do you have?

This is a link to the salary schedule for Cumberland County schools, but salary is the same throughout the state. Only the supplement you get at the end of the year varies county-to-county.
