honestly i think it is stupid for them to try to pass a smoking ban law. that is unfair to alot of people, we should be able to decide if we want to smoke or not. united states is suppose to be about freedom and making our choices, and they are tring to treat everyone like we are3. people know there is smoking in resturants and obviously they didn't mind, because they still brought their kids in the resturants. how is it right for us , to not be able to make our own decisions, .you know how many jobs people would loss if this passes and how many business will be hurting, someone needs to put a stop to this now

You're right...you should be able to decide whether you want to poison the air or not....WTH?
We should have the freedom NOT to smell the stench of smoking.
