I'll say winston-salem. It should be Raleigh, but until they start adding on, Winston's #2 to me.

Raleigh's skyline is undergoing some changes. A number of new buildings are being constructed downtown. To see what the skyline will look like when construction is complete, just follow the link:
The Future Raleigh Skyline - RaleighSkyline.com - Photography and Multimedia of Raleigh, North Carolina

Note that the untouched photos on that site are about a year old. As you can tell from the cranes that appear in those photos, a lot of construction was already in progress. Some of the structures that are in the altered photos from last year are nearly complete today, but far from all.

As for which skyline is "best"? That's totally subjective.

Thanks for the pictures sunnykayak.

Asheville recently put up a glass buliding, not sure how tall but it's the tallest in the city.

Cool stuff too, MrsSteel

Agree about Winston-Salem.

Then Greensboro would be tied with Raleigh.

Charlotte is exploding in growth. Wish it would actually slow down a little....traffic is aweful!
