Hi all,well we made it here .rutherford county that is.got here last saturday and already have closing date on a home.We have had the best experience with our agent(Donna/aka..yorkshirelass).she went out of her way to help and make feel at home.even went to our rental before we got here to leave us lots of helpfull info.nothing bad to say.it seems like a dream,i strongly suggest her if you are coming to this area

Its so nice to hear someone say something nice about their agent. It seems like lately, all the posts on here are so negative, if not against the area, against agents. I commend you on taking the time to say something so nice. Vicki

Where did you move from? NC?
Did you find a place right in Rutherfordton? You mentioned rental, is it a house?
Sorry - hope I am not being too personal - just am a bit confused...My original plan was to live in Asheville, but, if I end up with a job in Rutherfordton, I am really struggling with where to live....

we came from florida,met our realtor (yorkshirelass) on this forum,she helped alot,my wife found the rental.it is a log cabin,very nice,gated and everything here but food..stayinnc.com.so far everything has gone very well..good luck
