Default health benefits

Hi just wondering if anyone is employed in the medical field at a hospital what the benefits cost you for a family thanks! WE live in Fl and the cost is high, and if you do not use the hospital that you are employed at even for an emergency you incur a 500.00 dollar a day co pay! thanks

I've read that the average pay for a surgeon is over $1,000,000 now. I may just DIY my next operation.
