I lost my job August 23,filed for unemployment. .got my last check on September 1st..I had been filling my weekly claims and also got $145.00 from my 401k..that's all that was left. .so last week when I filed my claim I answered yes to the question about receiving retirement funds. .it said payment couldn't be submitted due to an eligibility issue. I logged back in the next day and it was showing a payment method of debit card and that 1 payment had been made to it. My determination says I qualify for Benefits. .yay...BUT they said I had to call in about the retirement issue..when I called they documented it and said it may lower my payment amount I'm guessing for that 1 week that I received it. ..I filled my claim this week and it's still saying eligibility issue. My question is how long will it take them to clear up the issue? It was only $140 and they owe me 2 weeks of payments! My debit card is on its way but that's only got one payment on it. Should I call them back? Please help. ...
