Small town charm - Lillington
My husband and I are moving due to a job relocation. We have a wonderful house that we are selling in Lillington, NC. Lillington is a quiet rural town that has a very low crime rate. It is a golfer’s heaven with two courses in town and less than one hour from Pinehurst, Raleigh and Fayetteville. For people with children - there is a new elementary school and the high school and middle schools are less than fifteen years old. Harnett County is the sixth fastest growing county in NC, so you can get the small town atmosphere with the community amenities right next door. Lillington is centrally located with a two hour trip to the beach and a three to four hour drive to the mountains. We are very sad to leave this area and the house we built.
