Thanx!!!! We have not been very happy with our agents, i regret not selling it myself in one form or another. A lady puuled up in front of the house after no intrest in over a week, she asked how much my "beautiful" house is i told her then my wife gave her a tour of it. The lady loved it then we called our agent and sent the lady over to her, she made an offer the next day. Our agent seemed pissed that we let her in to tour it with-out her,,,lol. We are hoping to move in early august because the schools start earlier down there. My brother and his wife and kids moved to the area a couple months ago so it makes the whole thing a bit easier, i suggested he look at the Raleigh area and he was living there with-in 4 months.

I am looking forward to getting rid of a 9000.00 property tax on my 400,000.00 house that we bought 7 years ago for 139,000.00 which is only 1350.00 square feet. That is why I will be staying wherever we go. It is survival for us !!!!

I second that!!! we are tired of the absolute rat race that has become Long Island. we would have moved up-state or to the poconos but i hate the winters, thats why we chose a warmer climate.
