Reckless is not a definitive term, you say reckless, I say extremely skilled!

So a mother who is high on Xanix while on the phone with three screaming kids in her SUV driving 10MPH over the PSL while tailgating the car in front of her is OK right?
Cause I see it a lot.

Most attorney's are going to be able to reduce the ticket...the court does not WANT to spend their resources fighting a speeding ticket. Your attorney will likely push off your court date until a favorable DA is on the docket...they will cut a deal with that DA out of court, and it will be a done deal. My guess is you received two trafic infractions...speeding of 87 in a 65 AND reckless driving (which you received by default because of your speed). Generally, your attorney will try to remove alltogether the more serious of the two, and have the other reduced. I was in the same situation, 83 in a 55 on i77 south, on my way to a job interview (I got the job).....the reckless was dropped, and the speeding was reduced to 64 in a 55....message me if you want the attorney's info. Good luck.
I just got caught speeding 70 in a 45. I can honestly say that in fact that was not the case. I had my car on cruise control (44 mph) with a legal radar scanner, which indeed did go off minutes before passing the cop car. I have a court date and it's basically my word against his. I want to take your word for it and seek advice and possibly use the lawyer who helped you. Please get back to me as soon as possible. Thank you for your time in reading this.

You might want to specify a location...its a rather large state.

You might want to pursue other ways of finding an attorney.

I got nailed for reckless driving a few years ago, and simply plead nolo contendere - didn't need a lawyer. You might want to check into it.
