Places to live 20min drive to UNC
Looking for a nice family area with 20-25 drive to UNC. Any suggestions? Wouldlike to spend 300K-350k

Look at the Highland Creek neighborhood for starters  I also like Concord. One of the regular posters here is a realtor in that part of town, CharlotteAgent. You should pm him, I am sure he can help with suggestions

My experience tells me that UNC-CH seems to act that way towards everyone at some time or another. State, Duke, Wake....  I'd love to see UNCC whip Carolina on the hardwood someday, just to let them know they're not the only university in this state with a basketball team.

I did mean Chapel Hill area. I was thinking of Cameron Estates in Hillsborough but it does not seem like there is much to do there.
Any help would be great.
