Default school/fireworks
I really need feedback on this.

My 18 year old son and friends decided to find a parking lot to set off
some legal fireworks like sparklers but chose a close by school parking lot
at night. They got a citition and now we wonder if it is enough for him
to show up in court and explain and show that he has never been in any trouble and never had a traffic ticket and did not realize it was prohibited
on school grounds.

It is a misdemeanor so should he get a lawyer????

Posessing and discharging pyrotecnics on school premises and littering(firework paper)
Also got him for expired registration (25 day late) It was my car and I think this was my fault. I am usually really good about that stuff but it somehow got misplaced on my desk. I renewed it online as soon as my son got home.
