Default Relocating from NY to NC

HI,

I'm moving from Long Island to Waxhaw next month. The home is being constructed by MI Homes, has anyone had any negative experience with the company? What is the consensus of Waxhaw (how is it regarded versus other towns?) I've spent time in Concord and Mooresville and fell in love with Waxhaw.

I personally had a great experience with MI a few years back. They are well-regarded here. Waxhaw is a great little spot - I think you picked the cream of the crop - in my humble opinion

From the dealings I have had with MI I think you will be just fine.
