Looking for a piece of land approx 10-20 acres, in a low crime, great school area. How are the rates for land? We live in CT now with 1 stop light, approx 6,000 residents. Would like something like that or slightly larger. A Home Depot/Lowes within 25 miles driving time would be great. Any restrictions riding quads on own property? Thanks

Are you looking to build there or are you just wanting some land. As far as the quads IMO its your land you should be fine.
