Default Is NC a No-Fault State?

I was just posting on the Michigan board for people to be aware of the no-fault insurance laws in Michigan which makes auto insurance premiums significantly higher than in states without the no-fault law.

I realized I should ask the same about NC. Sooo....is NC a no-fault state?

We moved to NC from Michigan, and we did not notice that significant a savings on auto insurance. I was surprised (and a little disappointed) that our insurance did not go down more than it did.
