There is more than one provider (Bell South, CTC Communications,,,,,), and more than one way to get internet service (DSL, cable, satellite,,,).
In order to answer your question you need to be a little more specific.

Well actually i want high speed internet without the use of a phone line ,what would be the name of internet service

For the most part, the cable company depends on the county you live in. Overall, I would say Comcast, Time-Warner and Charter probably have the most subscribers, but there are other smaller cable based high-speed Internet providers. In my county, it's Mediacom.

It turns out he's asking about Dare County, but that's in a different thread. Charter Communications has the exclusive cable franchise there.

Hard to say. I have noticed during all my moving around over the years, there doesn't seem to be much consistency in cable service even within the same company, like Charter, Comcast or Time-Warner from one region to the next. Have no idea why.
