What can you tell me about Aaron Lakes Sub 28304? (Fayetteville: for sale, crime)

I recently looked at a home for sale in Aaron Lakes Sub. and i don't know much about the area. I would really love some info on crime, people, etc.. Any info on the area would be nice. I have children so I need to know whether it is a good area to buy in or not. The elementary school is Brentwood Elementary. Thanks in advance!!

Are you talking about Fayetteville? You did not state what city.

If so there are 24 houses on the market at this time in Arran lakes and Arran Lakes West.

Arran Lakes is a decent area, but Brentwood does not have a good reputation as a school. The other schools in the area - Honeycutt and Stoney Point, are highly thought of and sought after, but Brentwood has some problems.
