Which city in NC is most diverse and welcoming to out of staters with descent job opportunities? I dont have a degree, but Im just curious.
Which city has the largest hispanic population and what kind is it(mex.rican.cuban etc..)?

Charlotte's by far the largest and so most "diverse," generally speaking.

"Decent job opportunities" is such a vague term there is no real answer to it. Try any one of the many job sites online like monster.com, etc etc etc.
