I am not aware of other name stores that carry the Thomsville line I know of a very helpful lady who is great with matching colors with fabrics at the outlet store.
Even for a outlet store which may not have complete line they have excellent selection of matching pieces.
If you want me to refer you to her send me a private message by clicking my name then click view public profile and then it on the right.

Default furniture outlets worth the trip?

i moved to Waxhaw in Nov. 2006, into a house that was 3x bigger than the house i moved from, so i had a lot of furniture to buy. i heard about hickory and figured that would be a great place to start. I visited the Hickory Furniture Mart and Catawba Furniture Mall. i spent several weekends and many hours visiting ALL the stores in these 2 locations. there were many awesome stores and it is definitely worth the trip if you wish to satisfy all of your home needs, from furniture, to lighting, to window treatments, art, and interior design services. however, i must agree w/ the previous post, the outlets in hickory didn't impress me. i was not overwhelmed w/ any fantastic "bargains." in fact, i found the prices at the some of the "outlets" in hickory were similar to the prices i found at the retail locations in pineville. stores like Boyles, Drexel Heritage, Basset & Thomasville can be found along the road adjacent to the Carolina Place Mall in Pineville. You can save yourself the 75 mile drive from the Charlotte area to Hickory and the extra shipping costs. in the end, i only purchased furniture from one store (Drexel Heritage) at the Hickory Furniture Mart and one store at the Catawba Furniture Mall. The rest of the furniture I purchased was from stores in Pineville. as a matter of fact, I would have gotten a better deal from Drexel Heritage in Pineville had i purchased my furniture there instead of at the Hickory location. go figure.

The catalog I believe they are referring to is the Hickory Furniture Mart catalog, simply type it in any search engine and you should find it. I got confused with this thread...I thought it started in 2007 but it actually originated in 2006, also in the month of June.
