It has also found its way to the eastern part of the state as well. We had 2 jars of it, Teri found a jar of it and my mother had a jar of it. In fact, Teri had eaten part of hers before she knew it was contaminated. But she didn't really get all that sick but I wouldn't take the chance if you find some of it.

We had a jar of GV at the house. Luckily no one in my family got sick. Real lucky, because we're avid PBnJ fans.

Funny thing is, I scared my soon to be mother-in-law by attempting to eat peanut butter while she was over. She didn't remember what the product code was and ripped a PBnJ out of my hands. Took us half an hour to convince her it was ok.

My husband is a peanut butter snob....we can only have skippy pb so.....in big black letters I wrote PETER PAN on the jar.....he did not get the joke....
