Default special education in moore county or cumberland county/Fayetteville

Hi, we are being transferred to Ft. Bragg. I have a 4 year old Autistic son and am concerned about the special ed. services in and around Fayetteville. It seems that Moore county is the nicer area to live. Does anyone have any experience with special ed. services in these 2 counties? Which one is better? thanks!!!

I'd start with the information services available on base. They should be able to assist you.
