Default Mecklenburg Co. Schools also top rated
You should also check out Charlotte, NC--major city, nice suburbs, major airports, housing prices are a little cheaper than Raleigh. Charlotte (Mecklenburg Co) schools have as many A rated schools as Wake County.

I just searched and found out that Mecklenburg and Wake counties have banned corporal punishment. Thats good for me because those are the areas I am looking to relocate to, preferrably the Raleigh-Cary area. I just have to find a job first. http://www.stophitting.com/disatschool/100largest.php
