I am a single mother with a 12 and 8 year old that will be relocating from MI to attend NTI in Mooresville. I was all excited about this opportunity until I just talked to real estate agent that said I have to be careful of what area I move into because schools around the area are war zones. I dont know much about the area so if anyone could give me their advice about what schools are the best, worst, etc I would appreciate it. Currently, I have been looking at rentals properties in Mooresville, Statesville, Huntersville and Terrell. Thank you

I'd find another agent pronto and consider reporting that agent. That comment is just wrong, wrong, wrong and horribly misleading, and sounds unethical to me.

War zones?? Around Mooresville??? That is just laughable! Please, call the NC Real Estate Commission and report this person. You'll most likely love Mooresville

Dear me! A war zone???? I have never heard of such a thing!!! My sister moved to Mooresville specifically so her kids could grow up and go to school there, LOL!!! You rarely hear of ANY type of crime in the Mooresville area!!!
