Default Things to see in North Carolina?

So my parents are out of town February 24-28 and basically, they're very protective of me. So usually I go to Philly but since they're gone for so long, I'd like to go somewhere a little farther...I love Dawson's Creek so I thought North Carolina.

Any suggestions?

Somebody once mentioned a restaurant in Southport or somewhere where they have all the cast's autographs and pictures and stuff?

Tell us more about what you like to do and what your interests are. Also how old are you? Are you legally old enough to rent a motel room during your stay or do you have a friend to stay with? Give us more info and we can be of more assistance.

I'm very reserved but I like walking around and meeting new people who are open and friendly. I like art, movies and books and history. I like culture a lot...new foods, new people, new life, new environment...especially olde life...like when I go to New York with my family I always love very much riding in the horse-drawn chariots or whatever you call them through central park. I like the night (especially for driving), being outside and a peaceful environment. I like scenery a lot. And I hitting up the town. I am barely old enough to vote but I cannot drink alcohol.
