Default Albemarle or Concord?

My husband recently got a job in the Albemarle area. We currently live in Knoxville TN (pop. 450,000). We have 2 small children (3 and 4) and I am very nervous about leaving this area. We live in a great community, lots of young children, nice homes, great schools and safe! Where would I be able to live? My husband thinks Albemarle is sweet, but not alot of new construction....advice would be helpful! thanks

The north or east sides of Concord would be good. the commute to Albermarle would be good, but you'd still be close to all Concord and Charlotte have to offer.

Thanks... I am trying to hook up with a realtor to check out these areas in the next few weeks. Do you know anything about the west side of Concord? In Knxvill if you go to another side, you're in bad shape. is it like that there? Thanks again

Yes Cornelius is nice. The area is influenced by the lake. There are plenty of Daycares around my 15 month goes to one. We are happy with them. There are plenty of family activities during the spring/summer/fall not so much during the winter.

You could also look into Huntersville too. Its basically the same as Cornelius for the most part. They are bordering towns.

If you need a guided tour when you come to town I would love to show you around. Let me know

You will be well off to come see for yourself. But, in Albemarle, you will find you will like it. One way, or the other. Concord is larger than Albemarle. Albemarle is a family oriented town. Come see for yourself. Pamela
