Wagram is an extremely small town with one traffic light. I don't know anyone there but suggest you post on the board dedicated to finding people. I think you can access it by clicking on City-data link at the top of this page.

Red face Who needs a stop light?
I am from Wagram and I grew up there as a child to adulthood. Wagram does not need a stop light because it is a slow pace town. I love to come back home and visit. I miss my family.
