Thats what I am saying we cant make it on 40,000 and 1400 a month house payment and have special school for my child and pay for health insurance, thats why we are moving.

yes I heard Gilbert was a great area, I will check into it thats for the special school info i will look into that as well. We are lookingto pay no more that 1500.00 if possible.

yes you are missing the fact that he will be making 75,000.00 instead of 40,000.00
And where do you get the other 1000.00 I said no more that 1500.00 we are apying 1400 now.

$120 for phone? W/unlimited long distance, should be lower. $350 for water and trash? Please tell me its not that high? I live in the desert the highest water district on a 1/2 acre lot and mine is Trash (we have a dumpster) $50 and water is $60! Half that. You said your kids were disabled, no SSI? You didn't comment.
