You'll probably get more answers if you put this on the Raleigh city specific forum. Also, what areas are these specifically. The zip codes in Wake County are VERY arbitrary, have nothing to do with actual neighborhoods or feature (you can have the great, the good, the bad and the ugly in each one).
Also, what do you want to know about Wake Tech? The more specific a question you ask, the better folks will be able to address your concerns. For example, I can tell you they are building a new campus in the Northern part of the county, but this may be nothing you are interested in.
