interested in NE NC areas
I am an NC native who has lived in FL for 30 years. I want to move back to NE NC and live on several acres in either Chowan, Perquimans, Pasquotank, Camden, or Currituck Counties. Possibly Washington or Tyrell Counties also. I want relatively easy access to the Corolla/Carova area of the Outer Banks. I want to farm a few acres and have privacy. I am a single woman, and even though technically a native, I wonder what kind of reception I will get. I am not a socializer or a church-goer. I just love the natural beauty of the land, my pets, and mind my own business. Which areas might be best for me? What kind of reception do you think a privacy-oriented single woman will get?
