Default Best (cheapest!) deals on carpet in Fayetteville area

I need to replace all the carpet in the home I was renting out. I want it to be decent, so I can sell the property, but not so expensive that it breaks the budget and I'll be unable to recoup the expenditure from the woman who rented it (destroyed it with cat and dog pee EVERYWHERE).
Home depot will take 2 days just to have the people call to make the appt, Carolina carpet measured the next day, but their price seemed to be a lot, I at least want a 2nd opinion on cost.
Thanks!

Why not laminate?
We just bought a house and are going to rip out all the carpet and install the wood laminate flooring. Looks better to me and easier to upkeep.
