Default Best Modular/Factory Manufacturer Home Builder Cumberland County?

I'm not talking about trailers, but the to code built homes that are just like site built except they are built in factories and then assembled on the homesite.

any recommendations for a good builder in Cumberland/Hoke county?

There are several outlets along 301 (Bus 95). I drive past them every day. But, Without first hand experiance I would hesitate to recommend one over the other. We have helped a few folks buy used modulars. In this market they are very very hard to sell; they do not appreciate in value. They are unfairly lumped in with doublewides by most folks down here. You might be surprised what you can get in a stick built home down here. There are several small builders who will build on your lot.
