Has anyone dealt with this company, Raleigh Funding Group??I'm planning to buy a house or rent to own or rent a house, and I found their website, I was just wondering if they are legal and if anyone has done their program and if it's for real that you get to own the house? How's the process, the reason why I got more interested they don't really care much about the credit score, which is what i'm looking for. So I need some feedback or any other lenders anybody knows I can research that help people like me (with bad credit) Thanks, I'm opened to constructive suggestions. I found this is the way for everyone in Raleigh to know about scams and what's true in our community
Be very careful on rent-to-own advertisers. Not all, but many fudge numbers to make them work (in their favor). I don't know this particular one you speak of but I've had some approach me in the past saying how good of a deal it is for the buyer. When you start looking at the numbers.. it's not at all.
I'm not familiar with the group listed, but I do know that this is a reliable lender who might be able to help you or direct you the right way: Home Loans — Self-Help
