Default Older Established Fayettville NC Neighborhoods

I seached around this site but nothing came up for this subject. We are moving to Fayettville NC and looking to purchases in an older/ established neighborhood with "solidly" built homes. Thanks in advance for the comments.

Send a message via AIM to faabala
Haymont, Kings Grant, Van Story Hills, Rayconda. I could find several more.

That price range will get you alot except in the most exclusive neiborhoods.

I'd be happy to give you some more detailed info if you would send me a direct message.

If you are looking for older historic homes (pre 1950ish) then you might also consider some of the surrounding areas with historic districts.

Sanford is a popular area for many stationed/working at Bragg and Pope, and we have three(soon to be four) National Register residential districts and lots of older housing stock from the late 1800s through 1940s.

Sanford is a nice mid-sized city that retains a lot of its small town feel that many find attractive, along with the lower cost of living. It is only 20-30 minutes from Fayetteville and is very centrally located to the Triangle, Fayetteville, and to some degree Greensboro.

Thanks for the information. We are 6-8 months out from moving to the area so I wanted to see what is available. We are looking for older established neighborhoods which I believe have more character than the newer subdivisions.
