Default May I be of service

Hello Jodi,

Based on everything that you said that you are looking for, the Charlotte area fits the bill. I mean we are the future home of the Nascar Hall of Fame!! Coca-Cola 600, Lowes Motor Speedway, and numerous racing Team headquarters! We are also 3-3 1/2 from the beach, 3 hours from the mountains.

or, you could consider Raleigh. Check on WakeMed and Rex Hospitals. You'll be 2 hours via interstate from Wrightsville, Carolina and Kure beaches which are all adjacent to Wilmington. And you can still drive to the races and back in a day.

Considering NASCAR only races twice a year at Charlotte, I wouldn't center a move around that. It would be easy enough to take day trips or weekend excursions for that. Winston-Salem and Greensboro would be good options for you. They are medium-sized cities with plenty of activities but without the traffic headaches of Charlotte. Winston-Salem certainly has its share of medical facilities. Depending on where you lived in these cities, you would only be a couple of hours from the mountains and about 3 1/2 to 4 hours from the beaches. I went to Wake Forest, but I'm originally from Wilmington so I've made the drive plenty of times.
