Downing Glen in Morrisville

Any opinions on buying in Downing Glen in Morrisville? Does anyone know of any problems with the neighborhood, the HOA, or the schools? (Any reason not to rent or buy in this area?)
Or any suggestions on good neighborhoods in the $160,000 to $220,000 range?
