Default Another Yankee moving south!
An opportunity arose where DH will have to relocate to North Carolina. Somewhere near the Welcome area. Can anyone recommend any areas?


We would need great school system.

Close to some kind of city life (coming from a burb near NYC)

A beach ( I guess this is out of the question, considering we are in the middle of the state.)

Why don't you post this in the Winston-Salem area....if you are looking for something close to a city, that is going to it.
